Where can iI get whole milk in the powder form near Cambridge or Brantford. Grocery store that I shop only has SKIM powder milk. Leaving for Algonquin on Thursday. I guess that makes it last minutes. If not available, did you guys have tried the powder skim milk with success.

You can usually get powdered whole milk at Bulk Barn, You'll need some sort of shaker though as it's not "instant".
Another trick is to add a tbsp of coffee whitener to 1L (one pkg)of skim milk powder to thicken it up, not the greatest taste but better than skim
